Job Summary Our client is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with Site Development experience to join their growing engineering team in Woburn, MA . The ideal candidate will have experience in the planning, design, and execution of commercial, residential, industrial, and municipal site development projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities Prepare civil engineering designs for land development and site improvement projects. Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility systems, roadways, and erosion control plans. Prepare construction documents, engineering reports, and permit applications. Coordinate with architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, and project managers. Perform site feasibility studies and engineering analyses. Support permitting activities with local, state, and federal agencies. Review project specifications and construction drawings. Conduct occasional site visits to monitor project progress and resolve engineering issues. Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of experience in Site Development/Land Development . Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D .
Strong understanding of:
Site grading Stormwater management Drainage design Utility design Roadway design Land development principles Experience preparing construction documents and permit packages. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) License or EIT certification preferred. Experience with commercial, residential, and municipal development projects. Familiarity with Massachusetts permitting regulations is a plus.
Pay:
$84,886.40 - $102,228.78 per year
