Full Job Description Basic Description:

The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in the completion of tasks involved in project start- up, construction document flow, meeting minutes, printing documents, reviewing plans & specifications, assisting will billing, tracking production, creating work plans, identifying hazards, working with & supporting field personnel to ensure projects completion.

Responsibilities:

Assists the Project Manager in all aspects of operational project management Submittal review and tracking Resource allocation, task planning and progress reporting Reviewing plans & specifications, assisting with billing, tracking production, creating work plans, identifying hazards, working with & supporting field personnel to ensure projects completion Preforms all other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Required Skills:

Three years' experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry Must have a good knowledge about construction divisions, specifications and drawings Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and resolve issues/problems Excellent written and oral communication skills Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HCSS, Microsoft Project Bluebeam Construction related education is a plus Thorough understanding of the money-making process within the road construction industry Valid driver's license and transportation Must have the ability to pass background checks for Government Facility Access If you are a dedicated professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry, we encourage you to apply.
