Minimum:
Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Familiarity with alternate project delivery methods such as CMAR, Design-Build, and P3 Multi-disciplined experience to include structural experience. Demonstrated experience in independently reviewing and resolving technical issues on construction submittals and RFIs. Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, tunnel, or heavy civil projects. Proactive and self-directed with the ability to coordinate with multiple project team members, consultants, and contractors for specific initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills with proven ability to balance competing tasks and meet deadlines. Additional Information Adherence to Amtrak and BPTR Program policies is mandatory. Availability to work in the Integrated Program Office in Baltimore, MD.
