PROJECT ENGINEER / SITE PLANNER

Collaborate with civil engineers, landscape architects, and designers on a variety of site development projects Lead projects from concept through construction while managing schedules, budgets, and quality Prepare and oversee site/civil construction documents, specifications, and permit applications Design grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and utility systems in accordance with Maryland regulations Mentor junior staff and contribute to client relationships and business development
