Civil Engineer - Land Development
I have a well-known client who is currently seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. EIT are encouraged to apply.
- 3-15 years of experience in land development design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
