Our team partners with contractors and property managers to deliver reliable, high-quality work through strong communication, accountability, and efficient project execution. About the role The Building Engineer is a bilingual, roving, multi-trade commercial maintenance professional responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. This is not a stationary facility role. Engineers travel between assigned properties, manage their own work order queue, respond to maintenance needs, and provide reliable support across multiple commercial buildings. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting a variety of building systems, communicating professionally in both English and Spanish, and using technology to document work, provide updates, and manage daily responsibilities. Portfolio types include retail, office buildings, and outpatient medical facilities. What you'll do HVAC Navigate commercial HVAC systems: rooftops, split systems, VAV, etc.
