Job Description

Professional Engineer Coastal Maine General Contracting - Ellsworth and Mount Desert Island, Maine Full-Time | $90,000-$130,000/year (based on experience) About Us & The Role At Coastal Maine GC, we're a design-build construction company; focused on quality work, clear communication, and a strong team culture. We are looking for a Professional Engineer to support preconstruction and project development efforts across residential and commercial work. This role is heavily involved in technical review, constructability, coordination, and ensuring engineering accuracy from early design through construction planning. This position will also be responsible for reviewing and stamping applicable drawings, details, and engineering documents as needed for permitting and construction. The right person is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working with architects, estimators, project managers, and field teams to help turn design intent into buildable solutions.
