This individual plays a critical role in managing both the technical execution and client relationships associated with a variety of site development projects. Responsibilities include leading project planning efforts, developing project scopes, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through design, permitting, and construction phases. The Project Director will oversee the preparation of construction plans, coordinate with internal design staff and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable municipal and regulatory requirements. This role also acts as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting ongoing communication, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, establishing priorities, and maintaining schedules and budgets. The position requires a strong technical foundation in civil engineering design, particularly within land development, as well as the ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to overall team success.
