Job Type:

Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, resources, and construction activities. Review drawings, plans, and specifications. Support project engineering and technical decisions. Coordinate field implementation and prefabrication activities. Communicate with project teams and stakeholders. Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and project progress. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Required Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with project teams and stakeholders. Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to support scheduling, coordination, and resource management. Candidates should possess Project Engineering skills for reviewing drawings, supporting technical decisions, and coordinating field implementation. Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with construction software, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, strong organizational skills, and a focus on safety and quality. Ability to work on-site in Rochester, MN, collaborate in a multi-billion dollar project construction environment (as well as an off-site prefabrication complex), and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
