Job Title:
Civil EIT Job Description We are seeking a Civil EIT to join our engineering consulting firm in the Twin Cities. Our firm specializes in land development and residential site development. You will work collaboratively with a team of engineers, project managers, and designers to design site development plans for residential projects. Responsibilities Design site development plans for residential developments. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and designers. Understand and utilize data and information from field crews. Create construction documents and plans based on field data. Draft and create survey certificates. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1+ years of experience or internship in civil engineering. 6+ months of experience in land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience in civil design. Additional Skills & Qualifications EIT certification is preferred. Ability to interpret data from field crews. Experience with residential land development projects is preferred. Work Environment You will work in the office the majority of the time, drafting and creating survey certificates. The office operates Monday through Friday with some flexibility. The team consists of 4 PE's, 3 registered land surveyors, EIT's, LSIT's, and 5-6 field crews during the summer. Our firm is known for its excellent work in residential land development and offers an opportunity to work on large-scale and custom projects. The smaller team size ensures a supportive and well-treated work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
