is looking for a Construction Project Engineer to add to our team. This position will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical aspects of construction sites, making sure field staff has all the information they need, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Review and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards and workplace safety policies. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress of projects. Implement erosion control strategies and ensure compliance with environmental regulations throughout construction phases. Facilitate effective communication among team members regarding technical issues, safety concerns, and project milestones. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and OSHA safety standards. Requirements Bachelor's in construction management/business management and/or equivalent experience in managing construction projects preferred but not required. Proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans. Ability to be a self-starter and to work on your own to complete required tasks. Knowledge of workplace safety standards including OSHA regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple project components simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and reporting project progress effectively.
