We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. Position Summary The Civil Engineer will play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects, including residential and commercial site development, as well as municipal public improvement projects. This position requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects from concept through completion Prepare and oversee designs for residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses and modeling Develop construction plans, specifications, and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with applicable zoning regulations, development codes, and design standards Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal project teams Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution Apply critical thinking and engineering judgment to solve complex design challenges Manage multiple projects at various stages of development simultaneously Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license required Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with residential and commercial site development and municipal/public improvement projects Thorough understanding of zoning regulations, permitting processes, and development standards Proficiency in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
