$90,000- $100,000 Description We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Local, State and Federal Permitting
- Site construction supervision and management
- Feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting
- Land surveying knowledge and understanding
- Grading and Erosion Control Plans
- Stormwater management and design
- Effective time management and assignment of duties
Qualifications:
Requirements / Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- PE License or ability to obtain PE within 12 months
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Land Development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently
- Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design
- Microsoft Office software proficiency
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills, team player
- Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently but also within a team environment
