Job Description

I have a well-known client who is currently seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design. Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing challenges and ensuring project success. Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and project updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. EIT are encouraged to apply. 3-15 years of experience in land development design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
