Whatyou'llbe challenged to do: As a Resident Engineer, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. In this capacity, the successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following: Provide overall leadership and management for construction projects. Maintain comprehensive construction project records. Oversee interactions with clients and inspection staff on contract change orders, item payments, and material testing. Experience:

What you will bring to our firm: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering. Professional Engineering (PE) License in Jerseyis preferred. Certifications such as TCC, NJSAT, and ACI arepreferred. 10-15 years of experience in construction management. Prior experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites. Experience with NJDOT and/or NJTA inspection procedures, specifications, and documentation requirements. What we prefer you bring: Experience with airport projects. Certifications such as Rutgers

TCC, NJSAT, ACI

(preferred).

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is$155,000 - $220,000 per year. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
