Job Description
Description Permanent role supporting the Project Manager across the full lifecycle of large, complex programs, from pre-award through final handover. Support delivery of custom turnkey builds spanning heavy steel structures, tanks, ducting and piping, heat exchangers, rotating mechanical and electrical equipment, instrumentation and controls, global logistics, and field erection. Keep execution aligned to technical, commercial, and contractual obligations while protecting client satisfaction. Understand client contract terms and governing technical specifications. Maintain systems to track documentation, key deliverables, delivery strategy, risk, schedule, and cost. Contribute to authoring and review of each major project deliverable, and audit execution against internal policies, procedures, and standards. Validate supplier and subcontractor obligations before releasing invoice payments. Travel to client and key vendor sites both domestically and internationally (about 30% of the time). Deliver project closeout documentation and a lessons-learned summary at completion. Requirements BS in Engineering required. Minimum 2 years executing engineering and construction projects in power, energy, or comparable capital-intensive markets. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for maintaining quality relationships with project stakeholders. Ability to read project budgets. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks with minimal delegation. Analytical, results-oriented, and a fast problem solver who prioritizes with appropriate urgency. Ability to build effective client and supplier relationships that drive cooperation, prompt payment, and follow-up work. #ERGx
