Engineer LUKOIL North America LLC Moorestown, NJ Job Details Full-time $95,000 - $105,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Project engineering Environmental compliance Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Summary This individual is responsible for the implementation of duties related to the maintenance, capital, construction, and environmental compliance areas critical to the existence and future of LUKOIL North America LLC. This individual will also direct the construction, maintenance, capital, and environmental compliance spending in a designated geographic area, to include the construction of service stations and convenience stores; maintenance and upgrading of existing equipment; and activity and actions taken to insure a regain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Engineer will be based in the Moorestown office, spending approximately 30% of his/her time in the field. He/she will have close contact with the regional field and office staff, outside vendors and corporate personnel. This position reports to the Sr. Manager for Department of Maintenance and Development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. This individual is responsible for ongoing analysis of both capital and maintenance needs for the region and providing supervisory direction to outside vendors on actual construction sites on a regular basis. Develop capital and repair & maintenance budgets for maintenance, construction, and environmental compliance. Implement and monitor the ongoing maintenance program(s) within the region(s). Manage the Maintenance Dispatching Center. Analyze capital, construction, environmental maintenance costs on a regular basis to insure correct budgeting, billing, and effectiveness of fixed cost contracts. Track, process and report maintenance, engineering, and compliance invoices. Track and report maintenance expenses and activity. Manage and maintain a record of all AFE approvals. Develop a project tracking database, to develop historical record of all work performed at Company locations. Develop and maintain construction and Safety standards and procedures to maximize Safety. Protocols. Track, process, and report all Environmental NOV's, LNA-responsible permits, and licenses. Manage regulatory compliance (e.g., tank and line testing, cathodic protection testing, stage I and stage II testing etc.) for allocations within the region. Track and report construction schedules, timeframes for all projects, to minimize impact to Operations. Provide field assistance to TSM's to resolve problems in individual stations. Provide litigation support on pending lawsuits related to construction and maintenance issues. Maintain construction permits and designs for all regional projects. Conduct bidding process for all projects including final selection of the vendor to maximize return on capital. Supervise all aspects of construction from initial planning and including final punch list and opening of sites. Conduct re-branding activities for all acquisitions. Manage regulatory compliance for all locations within the region(s), working with Environmental Consultant, ES&H, and maintenance contractors. The employee shall perform duties faithfully and to the best of his/her abilities and shall devote all business time on a full-time basis to the business affairs of the Company. The employee shall use all efforts to advance the best interests of the Company and shall comply with all the written policies of the company, including but not limited to written policies with respect to the legal compliance, conflicts of interests, confidentiality, insider trading, code of conduct and business ethics.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
