Steel / RAM Elements Design across steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures Develop gravity and lateral load calculations (IBC / ASCE standards) Prepare construction documents , including framing plans, details, and specifications Carry out site inspections to review contractor work and ensure compliance Respond to RFIs , resolve field issues, and support construction activities Coordinate directly with contractors, architects, and internal teams Prepare project reports, schedules, and technical documentation What They're Looking For B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering 3-8 years of structural engineering experience PE licensed (preferred) or actively working towards it Experience working on building structures (high-rise preferred) Proficiency with
