About the Role TEAM Construction is looking for a Project Engineer to support our project management and field teams on commercial construction projects in the Las Vegas market. This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to learn the full lifecycle of commercial construction

• from preconstruction through closeout
• while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project administration and documentation Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders Support project scheduling and help track progress against milestones Assist with material procurement, quantity takeoffs, and vendor/subcontractor coordination Maintain organized project documentation, drawings, specifications, and closeout records Attend and help document owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings Support quality control and punch list tracking through project completion Help enforce and document jobsite safety compliance Required Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field (internships and relevant coursework count) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred, but not required (relevant experience or a related degree will also be considered) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is a plus

• experience with Outbuild is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to be on-site and work closely with field teams Preferred Qualifications Prior internship, co-op, or field experience in commercial construction Exposure to hospitality, gaming, retail, or resort/high-end residential construction OSHA 10 certification Compensation & Benefits Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience (market rate for the Las Vegas commercial construction market).
