P.E. required; S.E. preferred Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to provide technical leadership, structural engineering expertise, and design oversight for complex projects from planning through construction. This position will serve as a senior technical resource, providing quality assurance, mentoring engineering staff, supporting clients and project teams, and ensuring structural solutions are safe, practical, code-compliant, and constructible. Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level technical review and quality assurance of structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables Serve asEngineer of Record (EOR) on assigned projects, as appropriate Perform advanced structural analysis and design for: Steel Reinforced concrete Masonry Wood Foundations Develop practical structural solutions that balance safety, cost, constructability, and sustainability Review designs for compliance with applicable building codes, standards, regulations, and project requirements Conduct site visits, field observations, inspections, and forensic evaluations as needed Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams Mentor and provide technical guidance to Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Designers, Drafters, and Interns Support proposals, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project performance tracking Maintain current knowledge of structural codes, standards, materials, and emerging engineering technologies Promote quality control, continuous improvement, and best engineering practices Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field 15+ years of progressive structural engineering experience Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required Proven experience leading complex structural engineering projects Strong experience providing technical oversight and reviewing engineering work Experience managing multiple projects and priorities Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering staff Strong understanding of applicable structural codes, standards, and regulations Preferred Qualifications Structural Engineer (S.E.) license Experience serving as Engineer of Record Experience with complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or similar projects Experience with forensic structural evaluations and field investigations Technical Skills Experience with some or all of the following:ADAPT PT SP
