Civil Engineer Job Description We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer specializing in stormwater and drainage design to support our various incoming projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to a range of projects, including commercial, multi-family residential, multi-disciplinary, and retail developments. Expertise in areas such as stormwater design, land development, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture is highly valued. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior engineers on diverse project types, including commercial, multi-family residential, multi-disciplinary, and retail projects. Design and implement solutions for stormwater management, drainage, and land development. Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create precise and efficient engineering designs. Conduct site design and land development projects, focusing on grading, drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and utility design. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of experience in civil design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience in site design, land development, and utility design. Additional Skills & Qualifications Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification. Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) certification. Work Environment The role involves working collaboratively with a team of engineers and leveraging advanced technologies such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
