We are a well-established regional electrical contractor with a growing prefabrication program and a clear path for the right person to advance into a Prefabrication Manager role. What you will do Plan, coordinate, and execute prefabricated electrical builds across active projects Create fabrication drawings, build sheets, and BOMs using AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and field supervisors to identify prefab opportunities Oversee shop quality control and conduct site visits to verify implementation Drive process improvements that push the program forward What we are looking for 2 to 5+ years in electrical construction with prefab knowledge (panel/rack assembly, kitting, feeder/branch layout) Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools and strong NEC knowledge Associate degree, electrical apprenticeship, or verifiable equivalent experience Supervisory or foreman experience a strong plus What you get $90,000 to $115,000 salary Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, and PTO A stable organization with decades of regional presence Real, planned upward mobility into management If you are ready to grow into leadership, apply now.
