Why This Opportunity Stands Out Leadership position with real influence across projects, staff, and client relationships Direct exposure to architects, developers, owners, and contractors across the NYC market Lead complex structural building projects from concept through construction Strong mix of technical leadership and project management responsibility Opportunity to mentor and grow a structural team beneath you Visible role within a growing firm where your input genuinely matters What You ll Be Doing Lead structural engineering projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use, institutional, and renovation work Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery Oversee project schedules, staffing, budgets, and technical execution Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level structural engineers Review structural calculations, drawings, and construction documents Coordinate closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and ownership groups Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and long-term client growth Drive quality control and ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard Attend client meetings, site visits, and construction coordination meetings What You ll Bring PE License required 15+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building structures Strong experience managing projects and leading engineering teams Background working on NYC building projects preferred Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and existing structures Strong knowledge of NYC codes and industry standards including

ACI, AISC, ASCE
