150k to 200k DOE You own the technical execution of structural steel from shop to field You work directly with fabricators, erectors, designers, and PMs Medical / Dental insurance 401k Annual raise The work you will actually do Plan and coordinate structural steel scopes, schedules, and budgets Review shop drawings, calculations, and fabrication details Solve steel issues in real time during fabrication and erection Support field crews and erectors with technical clarity Ensure code compliance, QC, and safe execution Projects you would touch Transportation, infrastructure, and complex steel packages High visibility work where mistakes are not an option What they are looking for Degree in civil or structural engineering Strong grasp of codes, shop drawings, and field coordination
