We are seeking a full-time Building Technician to join our team of property management professionals who manage several highly visible multi-tenant office buildings in Blue Ash, Ohio.

Job Purpose:

Maintains property integrity by performing general maintenance duties and fulfilling maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:

Respond to work order requests received through our electronic work order system. Take a pro-active approach to maintaining the property standards daily. Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning required maintenance/replacement of building equipment. Oversee plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other maintenance when performed by contractors. Verify satisfactory completion of maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with commercial office building maintenance preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Ability to handle physical workload.' '
