You'll gain exposure to complex, high-profile Heavy Civil work while developing the skills necessary to advance your career quickly. What You'll Be Doing Partner with Project Managers and field leadership to help deliver successful projects Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project controls Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Track costs, quantities, production, and project progress Participate in project meetings and help drive project success from start to finish Support safety, quality control, and operational excellence Qualifications Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related background preferred Experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role Ability to read plans and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS, Primavera, or similar software is a plus Desire to grow into a leadership role within Heavy Civil construction The Bottom Line This company is not looking to simply fill a position.
