This one is built to develop future Project Managers. You'll work alongside experienced PMs and field leadership on active commercial projects, gaining exposure to scheduling, coordination, procurement, cost tracking, documentation, subcontractor management, and day-to-day project execution. • RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
• Supporting projects from kickoff through final completion
• Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Tracking schedules, materials, and project progress
• Assisting with budgeting, change orders, and cost management
• Helping remove obstacles to keep projects moving efficiently
• Participating in planning meetings and project coordination
• Identifying issues early and helping drive resolution Background that fits well:
• 1-4 years of commercial construction experience
• Project Engineer, APM, or related experience
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage priorities
• Strong communication skills with field and office teams
• Interest in growing into a Project Management role
• Procore experience is a plus

Compensation :

$80,000 - $115,000 base salary Comprehensive benefits package
