This organization combines the resources of a large contractor with the collaborative culture of a regional builder, delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates ready to take on increased ownership in project execution, client coordination, and cost management. Job Description Project Management Support overall project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, and execution Assist in developing estimates and value engineering solutions Coordinate and manage the subcontractor bidding process Track and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Help negotiate subcontracts and material procurement Monitor project progress, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Participate in project closeout activities Field & Team Coordination Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow Support coordination between owners, architects, and subcontractors Participate in jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams Leadership & Client Engagement Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Contribute to client satisfaction and project success Assist with client presentations, interviews, and business development efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
