Your proactive approach will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Assist the Project Manager in the overall administrative and technical direction of the construction project Responsible for tracking project data including, but not limited to, shop drawings, RFI's, RCQ's, change orders, contingency expenditures, field directives, contract administration, and meeting minutes Process and track contractor and subcontractor pay applications Generate current and concise project reports Perform schedule updates Maintain project files Requirements We are willing to train the right individual that is committed to being present, learning, and growing within the company OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in project engineering within construction management. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Basic understanding of specifications, drawings, and construction documentation. Skilled in MS Word and MS Excel with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and documents preferred. Proficient use of construction management software such as Procore experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
