Responsibilities:
Lead structural design, plan development, and project delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience Support and contribute to CEC's strategy for growing our bridge and transportation practice across the Ohio market Collaborate on pursuits, proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules for public-sector transportation clients Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including roadway, geotechnical, survey, and permitting professionals Provide technical leadership through quality assurance, design oversight, and review of bridge calculations, reports, and plan sets Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted technical resource Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, with opportunities to participate in outreach and training initiatives Why CEC?
