5155 • Full-Time/Regular Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects. The role assists a project manager or managers to successfully coordinate a project using the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontracted services. Position Details Maximize project team's effectiveness and efficiency by utilizing own organizational skills to provide basic project support to senior project management staff. Supports the project construction team as needed. Estimates the impact of project changes. Manages change orders. Assembles submittal packages and other required project documentation. Assists with procurement of equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other project related services. Analyzes and resolves basic construction related questions and issues. Qualifications Four-year degree in related field, or applicable experience. Up to 3 years' experience. Basic knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems. Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports. Ability to read design drawings and keep track of work progress. Good verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel and Microsoft Projects.
