Senior Structural Bridge Engineer-Project Manager STV, Inc. dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, parental leave, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Oklahoma, Oklahoma City 913 Northwest 12th Street (Show on map) Jun 08, 2026 We have an immediate need for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer-Project Manager to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you'll lead and manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects while providing technical oversight and guidance for the analysis, design, and inspection of highway, rail, and pedestrian bridges and related structures. STV Incorporated is a premier transportation and infrastructure consulting firm with a long-standing bridge engineering presence across Oklahoma. Our Oklahoma City team delivers bridge design and inspection services for state highway agencies and municipalities statewide. We're looking for a collaborative, motivated leader who wants to help grow a successful bridge practice within a firm that values integrity, determination, and results. You'll build trusted client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor a strong local team, while partnering with a broader national bridge practice for support and expertise. What You'll Do Serve as a key leader within the Bridge Practice in our Oklahoma City office. Manage bridge design and bridge rehabilitation projects from planning through delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop structural staff supporting transportation projects. Provide (and oversee) structural analysis, design, and inspection for bridges and related structures. Serve as Project Manager and/or Bridge Design Task Lead, as needed. Support business development by contributing to technical proposals and participating in client interviews. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and motivating junior staff. Partners with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to developing budgets, schedules, and delivery plans. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline). Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural/bridge design experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain). Proven project management skills, including planning and coordinating work to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and teams. Compensation Range:
$140,810.99 - $160,926.84 STV offers the following benefits
