Job Description

OSU Institute of Technology (OSUIT), Oklahoma's only university of applied technology, currently seeks a senior-level academic leader to serve as Dean of the University's School of Engineering & Construction Technologies. This role involves strategic leadership of the school's personnel, resources, facilities, and program offerings. The Dean oversees all aspects of administration, planning, supervision, personnel, budgeting, operations, curriculum, and resource development. Additionally, the Dean is a member of the University's Academic Council, representing the school and institution among their constituencies. Responsibilities also include short and long-term goal setting, alignment with institutional goals and policies, faculty and staff development and evaluation, curriculum management, budget oversight, personnel matters, scheduling, and attendance.
