GED Full Job Description Project Engineer Location:

We're looking for a Project Engineer to play a critical support role on our project management teams. This is an opportunity to grow your career, gain hands-on experience in the field, and learn directly from some of the most experienced leaders in the industry. What You'll Do As a Project Engineer, you'll assist Project Managers and their teams in both the office and the field-keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
ProjectDocument Control Prepare, process, and track submittals, change orders, proposals, RFIs, RFQs, ASIs, correspondence, transmittals, and daily logs. Maintain all project files and paperwork in an organized, timely, and accurate manner. Proofread, edit, and perform quality control checks on all project documentation. FieldCost Support Assist with pricing and preparing extra work. Process daily force account reports and update schedules. Collaborate with field teams to ensure directives are understood and followed, even in the absence of the Project Manager. AdministrativeCoordination Perform data entry into COINS or other designated databases accurately and on time. Handle daily administrative tasks (filing, copying, mailings, forms/spreadsheets). Research and recommend process improvements that enhance project efficiency. Support project teams by setting priorities and managing multiple tasks with independence and ownership.
What We're Looking For Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 4-6 years of industry experience or a Construction Management degree.
SkillsQualities:
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Motivated, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks. Benefits That Work for You Health Insurance, 100%
