Description Plans, coordinates, and manages on-site construction engineering daily activities and schedules and communicates with subcontractors. Prepares monthly Owner pay estimates, reviews subcontractor pay requests after updating the Project CPM schedule. Prepares and updates job budgets, change orders and cost reports for Project Director's/Manager's review and approval. Prepares and leads weekly staff and regular review meetings. Manages project document control procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
