Job Description
- Manage multiple site civil and land development projects from concept through completion
- Serve as the primary client contact and build strong, long-term relationships
- Develop project scopes, schedules, priorities, and work plans
- Lead and coordinate engineering, surveying, and design teams
- Review civil plans and designs for technical accuracy, quality, and constructability
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review, edit, and mark up engineering plans
- Coordinate municipal and regulatory submissions and address agency comments
- Participate in client, municipal, and project coordination meetings
- Mentor and provide direction to engineering and design staff
- Maintain responsibility for project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and successful approvalsIdeal BackgroundThe ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in site civil engineering or land development
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong experience with grading, stormwater management, drainage, utilities, erosion and sediment control, and site design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience independently managing projects and client relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- PE license in PA, NJ, or DE preferred
- Experience with Pennsylvania municipal and regulatory approval processes strongly preferredWhy Consider This Opportunity?
