About Our Search Our Philadelphia, Lancaster, or Pittsburgh office is looking for a strong Structural/Architectural Engineer. We are seeking a new team member who is a self-starter, communicates well, desires involvement in all aspects of project design and construction, and has a strong desire to engage in a collaborative workplace environment. Your day-to-day duties will touch on many aspects of design office operations: developing design concepts, producing construction documents and specifications, interacting with clients and consultants, and contract administration. You must be organized, versatile, and a willing and avid participant in our office culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil engineering with a Structural Emphasis 8+ years of experience in the Architectural field Professional Licensure required Understanding of building materials and their use and application in building design Thorough working knowledge of Revit and either RAM or RISA design software Majority of work experience in commercial building design, preferably in the educational, municipal, and/or public safety studios Ability to sketch and draw to convey ideas and concepts to those with whom they work About Our Culture We believe there's power in purpose.
