This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, values mentorship, and wants to expand their technical and professional skills. Position Overview We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer with experience in land development to support a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. In this role, you'll contribute to projects from the early planning stages through final design, working closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members to develop practical and efficient engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare site development plans, including grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs. Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence research, and technical reports. Develop engineering calculations and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and permitting agencies to keep projects moving forward. Support local and state permitting efforts and regulatory approvals. Participate in project meetings and contribute creative solutions to engineering challenges. Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the design process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil site design or land development. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial development projects. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
