Geotechnical Engineer

A&A Consultants, Inc. is an engineering firm providing site planning, structural engineering, transportation design, and geotechnical engineering. Clients include all state departments and many commercial developers/contractors throughout Pennsylvania. A&A offices are currently conducting a search for the following professionals: Entry to Mid-Level Geotechnical Engineer, Pittsburgh, PA and New Stanton, Pa Entry to Mid-level Geotechnical Engineer with 0 to 5 years experience. Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum. A Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering and PennDOT Drilling Inspector Certification are a plus. Experience with PennDOT design standards, design software, and plan preparation preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to produce various engineering reports for the clients are essential. E.I.T. is required. Proficiency in Microstation and/or AutoCAD is a must.
