Job Description

Help Shape the Projects and Communities Around You Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for an opportunity where your expertise has a direct impact? Join a growing team where you'll have the ability to take ownership of meaningful projects, work closely with clients and communities, and play a key role from initial concept through final completion. This is an opportunity for a Civil Engineer (P.E. or E.I.T.) who enjoys the technical challenge of design while also valuing collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship building. You'll work on a diverse range of site development and land development projects, partnering with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams to bring projects to life. Unlike a traditional engineering role focused solely on design, this position offers the opportunity to be highly involved in the full project lifecycle, developing solutions, navigating approvals, supporting construction, and seeing your work become a reality in the communities you serve. About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer (P.E. or E.I.T.) to join our growing team. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Candidates holding an E.I.T. certification who demonstrate the technical capability, project experience, and initiative to grow into a P.E.-level role are encouraged to apply.
