We are proud of the work we do and the relationships we build along the way About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer (P.E.) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where engineers take ownership of meaningful projects from initial concept through completion. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of site development and land development projects while partnering closely with clients and key stakeholders. This role offers both technical challenge and client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer who is both technically strong and highly capable in project execution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Civil 3D and comfortable independently producing construction drawings, plan sets, and detailed design documentation. This individual should have strong experience interacting with municipalities, regulatory agencies, attorneys, contractors, and clients throughout the permitting and approval process. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support Prepare and oversee site development, land development, grading, stormwater management, and utility design plans, as well as NPDES permit and Highway HOP applications Take projects from design concept through completed plan sets, performing both engineering design and drafting within AutoCAD Civil 3D Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders, including project managers, attorneys, municipal officials, and regulatory agencies, to support project success and compliance Attend and present at Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, Township Supervisor, and other municipal meetings, including evening meetings as required Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff Support business development initiatives while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Qualifications Required Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Pennsylvania Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience required Structural engineering experience highly preferred Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Demonstrated ability to independently prepare engineering drawings, plan sets, and project documentation Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience working with municipalities and land development projects Ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, attorneys, municipal officials, and project stakeholders Willingness to attend evening municipal meetings as needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Must be able to work onsite on a full-time basis Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience Annual performance bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package including medical, life, long-term disability and a 401(k) with generous company match, as well as vacation and holiday pay Professional development and continuing education support
