Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team and drive the successful execution of manufacturing projects. In this role, you will oversee project planning, coordination, and management across various phases, ensuring that all aspects—from design to construction—are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will contribute to delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and make a tangible impact on community infrastructure development. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project scheduling tools to ensure timely completion of all project phases. Review project proposals, sales documents, and capital equipment specifications to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of a project. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Vault, and Inventor for drafting, design development, and plan review. Conduct construction inspection activities to verify adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. Manage permitting phase involvement by coordinating with regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Lead project teams through design engineering processes including system design, schematics creation, and technical report generation. Oversee project scope changes, cost estimates, and construction estimating processes to maintain budget control. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues promptly. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in project management are a plus. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Vault, and Inventor preferred. Strong knowledge of construction management practices, construction inspection procedures, and permitting processes. Ability to perform technical engineering report writing. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently using project scheduling tools; experience with Project Management methodologies is preferred. Pay:
$85,797.41 - $115,347.42 per year
