Job Overview Civil/Environmental Engineering and Consulting firm is seeking an Engineer with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (or closely aligned engineering major) to work out of our office in State College, PA. Candidate should have their EIT license with 0-3 years working in an engineering field, and progressing towards getting their P.E. License in PA. The candidate will be expected to know the following: Prepare designs and supporting permitting apps related to NPDES permits General Permits Joint Permits PaDOT HOP Erosion & sedimentation pollution control plans Solid waste management permits Preferred candidates will be technically competent, motivated, responsible to independently manage portions of work over time, be responsive to the needs of our clients and interested in expanding their areas of expertise.
