Job Description

Monarch Products is a leading precast concrete manufacturer servicing south central Pennsylvania. We produce high-quality precast concrete products for sanitary and storm water management, as well as for the communication, electrical, and transportation industries. We have proudly served our customers for over 80 years. Monarch Products is currently seeking an individual to grow with us and become part of our team of hardworking, intelligent, and dedicated employees.
Summary:
In this role, you will provide structural engineering support, including the design and documentation of custom precast concrete products. You will work closely with our drafting, estimating, and production teams to develop structural designs, prepare and review custom production drawings, brainstorm ideas and coordinate projects from initial design through delivery. The right candidate should have a strong structural foundation, along with the drive to grow this position within our company and help shape how engineering is integrated into our processes for the long term, whether that means arriving with precast experience or developing it here.
