Experience Requirement:

Should have hands-on experience of at least three (3) years or better in construction, including experience in coordinating subcontractors and scheduling involving commercial construction. An in-depth working knowledge of construction trades is preferred.

Must present a positive personal image with strong administrative and communication skills.

Must be able to travel extensively.
