Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the design, analysis, and delivery of a wide variety of vertical building projects. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and other vertical building projects. Prepare structural calculations, specifications, and construction documents. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout all phases of project delivery. Review project requirements and develop practical, code-compliant structural solutions. Participate in site visits, field observations, and construction administration activities as needed. Assist with project coordination, quality control reviews, and technical problem-solving. Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.

QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or related engineering discipline. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required. Minimum 2+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building design. Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles for vertical building projects. Proficiency with structural engineering software and standard design tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred 5+ years of structural engineering experience in building design. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required. Experience working on a variety of commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, industrial, or residential building projects. Familiarity with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design.
