If you enjoy solving complex site challenges, collaborating with experienced engineers, and seeing your designs come to life, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career. You'll work alongside senior engineers on impactful commercial, retail, and multi‑family residential projects while gaining hands‑on experience in stormwater management, grading, site layout, and multi‑disciplinary coordination. What You'll Do Support land development and site design projects from concept through construction Perform stormwater and drainage system design for small and large‑scale developments Prepare high‑quality civil site plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Assist senior engineers with calculations, reports, permitting packages, and design deliverables Collaborate with internal teams across traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and multi‑disciplinary design efforts Contribute to grading, utility layout, erosion control, and overall site development strategy What You Bring Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience with land development, stormwater/drainage design, grading, and site layout Understanding of civil engineering principles related to site and infrastructure design Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work with senior engineers and adapt to a fast‑paced project environment Preferred Qualifications EIT certification or progress toward it PE license (preferred but not required) Experience working on commercial, multi‑family, or retail development projects Project Types You'll Work On Commercial developments Multi‑family residential communities Retail and mixed‑use sites Multi‑disciplinary civil projects
