We're seeking a driven Civil Engineer to play a key role in our land development group, contributing to a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, mixed‑use, and multi‑disciplinary design projects. What You'll Do Partner with senior engineers to deliver innovative, efficient, and high‑quality land development and site design solutions. Design stormwater and drainage systems that not only meet regulatory requirements but also prioritize sustainability and long‑term performance. Develop detailed site plans—including grading, utilities, and layout—for commercial, residential, retail, and mixed‑use projects. Support a wide range of engineering tasks: land development engineering, traffic‑related design, site feasibility studies, and more. Collaborate with landscape architects to integrate functional, technical, and aesthetic elements into cohesive, buildable site plans. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally within land development or site design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (surfaces, alignments, grading, utility design). Hands‑on experience designing grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
