What You'll Do Lead and contribute to the design of site development and land development projects Perform and review complex engineering calculations and produce clear, well-structured design documentation Develop site plans, grading plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Design and analyze drainage systems, utilities, grading, and stormwater management solutions Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Mentor and guide junior engineers and drafters, reviewing work for accuracy and quality Support project leadership in defining scope, schedules, and budgets Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating technical concepts clearly and confidently Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For ✅ Experience & Credentials Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 4+ years of experience in civil/site development engineering FE/EIT required; Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred ✅ Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Hands-on experience with grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design Proven ability to prepare complete site plans and construction documents Skilled in performing and reviewing advanced engineering calculations ✅ Leadership & Collaboration Ability to lead project tasks and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams Experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior staff Strong communication skills for client interaction and presentations

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
