Job Description
We are full service professional civil and environmental engineering firm with over 50 years of recognized expertise in Land Development, Civil engineering design, planning and permitting; Solid waste design, closure and reporting, We have a solid, growing team with a reputation for working well with both public and private clients. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited, to the following: Develop and assess civil design documents including, but not limited to site development plans, local roads, complete streets, drainage and ADA compliant intersections, etc., Compost facility designs. Ensure project costs, schedule, and performance targets are achieved Serve as project manager/liaison between technical resources and clients, including attending client meetings, town halls, etc. Engage in business development efforts Mentor junior engineers and project managers Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 6+ years of civil experience in municipal engineering, roadway design, hydraulic design, and project management Project management/coordination skills and desire to help develop others Experience with design and modeling software tools, specifically AutoCAD/Civil 3D Strong communication and writing skills Valid California driver's license
Desired Experience:
Active California P.E. license Site development and MS4 stormwater regulations Caltrans design standards Construction management Supervising or mentoring others
